SEMA brings all things automotive to Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- It's time to get in gear! One of the world's biggest automotive trade shows opened in Las Vegas this week.

SEMA Show 2022 is expecting big crowds. Hundreds of attendees were making their way to the Las Vegas Convention Center Tuesday to check out the newest in automobile performance products.

The exhibit will open to the public on its final day which is Friday. It costs $100 for a ticket to walk the SEMA Show and then attend SEMA Ignited. Click here for more information.

Las Vegas police dog involved in car chase crash in good condition

LAS VEGAS (KLAS)-- The police dog involved in a head-on collision following a violent vehicle chase on Aug 11 has fully recovered, according to a tweet from Metro. Boris, a 5-year-old Belgian Malinois was inside a police vehicle when it was struck head-on by a man fleeing police. Boris was taken to a veterinary hospital following the accident, and police said he is recovering well. Las Vegas hosts Professional Pickleball Association final grand slam event

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Pickleball is one of the fastest-rising sports in the world and the top players are competing this week in Las Vegas. Ben Johns, the number two ranked player, no doubt feels the pressure as he is competing against other of the world's best pickleball ball players this week. "Billie Jean King said pressure is a privilege and I definitely very much agree with that," Johns said. "First match of the day is always a little bit slow it's pretty hot out here but happy to be back in Vegas."
